David M. Wetzel's retirement comes after over 40 years in academia, including the last 36 in the Cain Department of Chemical Engineering. In estimation, he has taught over 3,000 students and graded nearly 30,000 exams during his time here. More than these numbers, he has made a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of LSU students. All current and former students, faculty and staff are invited to attend Dr. Wetzel's last lecture. A reception will be held immediately following the lecture at 4 p.m. RSVP and parking information available here.
