This is an award for current Engineering Undergraduates who show an interest and desire to enroll in an engineering graduate program at LSU

The Donald W. Clayton Engineering Excellence Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Students. This award was established through an endowment by 1959 LSU graduates Donald W. and Gloria Pichon Clayton to recognize outstanding undergraduate students in engineering who have demonstrated exemplary character, scholarly accomplishment, leadership and have served as a good role model and ambassador for the College of Engineering.  The nominee should be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident having a good academic record and show interest and desire to enroll in an engineering graduate program at LSU.  Two awards will be given this year.  The award carries a one-time stipend of $5,000 and a plaque.  Please submit your application packet in hardcopy as well as electronically to Dr. Kelly A.
